The Livonian Order can be created by revolt or releasing a vassal at any point before 1st January 1500. Whilst its culture and religion are not stated in revolt.txt, the Livonian Order will be Scandinavian and Catholic. The Livonian Order will consist of the provinces of Livland and/or Estland.
